While doing this exercise make sure that you are using no other facial muscle than your lips. You can do this exercise in a sitting or a standing position. Tilt your head towards the ceiling and keep your vision fixed to the ceiling. Keep your lips tight in a kissing gesture. Hold on to this position for 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise for 10-20 times.
  • Jaw release– Every one wishes to have an attractive jaw line and strong cheekbones. This exercise will help you get all of this with an additional benefit of reducing double chin. The jaw release exercise also strengthens your muscles around the chin, cheeks, jaws and lips. You can do this exercise in both sitting and standing position. Start moving your jaws keeping your lips closed as if you are chewing something. Breathe in and out making a humming tone. Now open your mouth keeping your tongue pressed against your lower jaw. Stay in this position for a few seconds. Breathe in and out without changing your position. Repeat this set of exercise for 10-15 times.
  • Mouthwash move– This is a very easy exercise to get rid of chubby cheeks. It also helps in reducing double chin. Start this exercise by sitting comfortably in a place. Fill up your mouth with air. Transfer the air filled in your mouth from one side of the mouth to the other as you do while rinsing your mouth with a mouthwash. Do this for 1 minute and relax. Repeat the exercise for 5-10 times.
